 Every one of my cakes is designed specially for each individual or event.  I specialize in Weddings, Showers, and 3D cakes. I make all the decorations by hand so they can be enjoyed along with your cake. Sorry, but I do not do Birthday cakes. My over all goal is that your guests come in, look at the cake, and say", That's A Cake"!  The response is just as thrilling to me as it is to you. That means your gathering is a success and my design came out as planned.

DELIVERY

At this time I do not ship cakes. The reason being is their fragile state. Also, I bake my cakes two days before the actual event and then assemble them the day before. Freshness is key. We DO ship our truffles, mini dipped apples, brownies and Diaper cakes.  If you live outside of Carthage New York we will deliver the cake to you with an extra gas mileage charge.

This amazing display fit for a magazine was the brides idea and executed by her wonderful Groom! What a great team:)

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My name is Peggy Kelley. I grew up in a small town in Missouri. I was very blessed to have grown up around wonderful cooks. My grandma is known for making the best cobbler in the South. Not to mention everything else she cooks! My mother won a cooking contest when I was 2 1/2 years old. There were 500 applicants and she took home first place. She continued to make delicious unforgettable food throughout my childhood. I also have many aunts and even uncles that excel at baking. One aunt in particular makes homemade cinnamon rolls (and fresh bread) so good that my husband will fight me for the last one.  My husband is retired from the military. During his years in the military we were able to travel and experience many things. We love to eat and try new things. My favorite thing is dessert. So much so, I believe you should say an extra prayer before eating it!! This passion for sweets has moved me to create my own gourmet treats. It started with making things for friends and family and it grew into a business. Although it was not a plan, it is a surprising blessing. I love what I do and I can't wait to create your favorite sweet for you!
